Plum Creek Picture Project Gallery

This project was designed to reduce littering in the area seen in the photographs below by making people feel like co-creators in a work of art, therefore providing motivation to keep the area clean without using threats of fines or citations or even a direct mention of the project’s real purpose. The secondary purpose of this project is to capture Plum Creek throughout the seasons to record this beautiful area as it grows and changes.
